刺五加根的抗炎活性成分研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究刺五加根的抗炎活性成分。 方法 脂多糖(LPS)和干扰素(IFN-γ)诱导的单核巨噬细胞RAW264.7作为细胞炎症模型,考察了刺五加根提取物对一氧化氮(NO)释放抑制活性,利用HPD100大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、反相色谱柱(ODS)、凝胶色谱、半制备高效液相等色谱技术对其进行化学成分分离,并运用薄层色谱法,红外光谱、核磁等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。 结果 刺五加根提取物具有抑制NO释放活性,从中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为紫丁香苷、刺五加苷B1、刺五加苷E、芝麻素、胡萝卜苷、β-谷甾醇和香草酸。 结论 刺五加根提取物具有抗炎活性,其中的苯丙素类成分为其抗炎活性成分。
