艾灸对亚健康状态的防治作用(1)
[摘要] 亚健康状态是处于健康与疾病之间的一种状态，机体虽无明显疾病，但是在躯体或生理上出现了种种不适应的状态。亚健康不完全等同于“治未病”，但是属于“未病”中未病之病。艾灸在延缓衰老、调节免疫功能、抗炎、调节内分泌等方面均有明显改善作用，并被广泛应用于亚健康的研究中。本文对艾灸干预亚健康状态的作用机制进行阐述，为临床进一步研究提供理论基础。
