颊肌黏膜瓣的研究和临床应用进展(1)
[摘要] 颊肌黏膜瓣具有质地柔软、分泌功能、血供丰富等多种特性，自设计之后应用于临床，已成为修复口腔以及口周缺损的良好手段，获得较好效果，并在一些情况下成为首选手术方式。本文对颊肌黏膜瓣血管和神经支配的解剖学研究和应用其修复治疗腭裂、唇红和舌缺损等方面进行回顾，并初步描述了通过组织工程以及功能重建等方法扩展颊肌黏膜瓣应用前景。
