综上所述,本研究表明STOML2在哮喘患儿外周血PBMC中低表达,并且过表达STOML2可以抑制ASMC细胞凋亡,而此过程可能与PI3K信号通路有关。因此,STOML2有望成为治疗哮喘的靶标分子。
