妊娠期分化型甲状腺癌临床治疗及管理进展(1)
[摘要] 分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid cancer，DTC)好发于中青年女性，妊娠期DTC的发病率目前已位居妊娠合并恶性肿瘤的第二位。由于DTC的临床治疗涉及到母体健康和胎儿安全两方面的问题，因此处理难度较大，且存在较多的争议。因此本文总结了既往妊娠期DTC患者在孕期和分娩后手术、放射性碘治疗和甲状腺激素替代治疗等方面的研究进展，探讨实施更多有益于母体和胎儿结局的有效治疗方法，为临床管理方案的选择提供更多依据。
