强化血糖控制对糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨门冬胰岛素30注射液联合磷酸西格列汀片强化治疗对新诊断的糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌功能的影响。 方法 选择2012年12月～2014年4月在珠海市人民医院确诊的新诊断的2型糖尿病患者46例。给予磷酸西格列汀片与门冬胰岛素30注射液强化治疗2周。在强化治疗前、后接受静脉葡萄糖耐量试验(IVGTT)并比较治疗前后血糖、胰岛素第一时相分泌、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)变化。 结果 与治疗前比较，强化治疗2周后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖降低(P < 0.05)，C肽及胰岛素第一时相分泌提高(P < 0.05)，HOMA-IR指数降低(P < 0.05)。 结论 联合磷酸西格列汀片与门冬胰岛素30注射液强化治疗可改善新诊断的2型糖尿病患者第一时相胰岛素分泌功能及胰岛素敏感性。
