蟾蜍及其制品寒热药性理论及在肿瘤治疗中的应用(1)
[摘要] 蟾蜍是我国传统抗肿瘤中药材，具有解毒、化瘀等功效，其提取液华蟾素注射液目前已被广泛应用于临床抗肿瘤的治疗中，因其临床疗效个体之间有一定的差异性，故而提出可能与其药用部位寒热药性不同有关。本文分别对蟾蜍、干蟾皮、蟾酥及华蟾素注射液的寒热药性及在肿瘤中的临床应用进行探讨，为其临床辨证用药提供依据，同时提出可供进一步研究的思路与方法。
