Caspase—1与骨关节炎的研究进展(1)
[摘要] 骨关节炎的发病机制尚不完全清楚，目前认为软骨细胞死亡和细胞外基质的破坏是该病的主要病理改变。白介素(IL)-1β和IL-18在骨关节炎的发病过程中发挥着关键的作用，而IL-1β转化酶(Caspase-1)能将IL-1β和IL-18的前体加工成为成熟的活性形式，发挥二者的生物学作用，从而参与骨关节炎的发生发展。因此，Caspase-1在骨关节炎的发生发展中起着重要的作用，Caspase-1抑制剂有可能为骨关节炎的治疗提供新的策略。本文就Caspase-1与骨关节炎的相关研究进展作一综述。
