黑木耳多糖药理作用研究进展(1)
[摘要] 黑木耳多糖为黑木耳中含量最高、最主要的功能性成分,其药理作用复杂、药效活性强,近年来药学工作者对黑木耳多糖的研究不断深入。本文通过回顾近十年国内外关于黑木耳多糖的药理作用研究进展的相关文献,并对其进行分类、整理和归纳,得出黑木耳多糖在降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化及抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗凝血、抗病毒活性、抑菌活性、增强免疫、止咳化痰作用、肝保护等方面具广泛药理作用,以期可为黑木耳多糖的产品开发及临床应用提供一定的借鉴。
