医疗联合体成员医院员工的利益诉求分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 从利益相关者角度出发，调查医疗联合体成员医院员工的利益诉求，为医联体的有效运行提供理论依据。 方法 通过深度访谈及问卷调查了解医联体7个成员医院209名员工的利益诉求，使用因子分析和配对t检验对有效数据进行归纳分析。 结果 成员医院员工对医联体的利益诉求可以归纳成4个因子，按照其关注程度依次为工作待遇及环境诉求因子、个人提升发展期望因子、归属感期望因子、民主管理期望因子。 结论 满足医联体成员医院员工工资待遇及工作环境诉求，为其提供个人发展空间，增加其归属感，实施民主管理有利于提高医联体的运行效率。
