丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死的效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死患者的效果及对炎症指标的影响。 方法 将2014年3月～2016年3月河北友爱医院收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)，对照组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗，观察组采用丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗，比较两组治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期直径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)]、炎症指标[高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]及心血管事件发生情况。 结果 两组治疗后LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD均较治疗前显著改善，观察组治疗后LVEF高于对照组，LVESD、LVEDD短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平均较治疗前显著改善，观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均显著低于对照组，IL-10水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组心血管事件总发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 丹参滴丸联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死有助于提升患者心功能，降低炎性反应，改善预后，值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Danshen Drop Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen Drop Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and its effects on inflammation index. Results After treatment， LVEF， LVESD， LVEDD of two groups were significantly improved than before treatment， LVEF of observation group after treatment was higher than that of control group， LVEDD， LVESD of observation group after treatment were shorter than those of control group， the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment， TNF-α， hs-CRP， IL-6， IL-10 of two groups were significantly improved than before treatment， TNF-α， IL-6， hs-CRP of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group， IL-10 of observation group after treatment was higher than that of control group， the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Total incidence rate of cardiovascular events in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Danshen Drop Pills combined with Rosuvastatin in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can help to improve the heart function of patients， reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve the prognosis.
