[摘要] 本文对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱的中医治疗进行归纳总结，将治疗分为中药、针灸(常规针刺、电针、灸法)、其他疗法三部分进行分述，同时对该病的中医理论基础进行论述，并对中医治疗脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱提出展望。
