[摘要] 构建结直肠癌的动物模型在研究人类结直肠癌的预防与治疗中具有重大意义，而研究肿瘤的发生、发展及转移中扮演重要角色的癌组织局部免疫状态的动物模型尚处于探索阶段。其中局部免疫基因工程模型的研究发展迅速，并在突变结肠干细胞成瘤以及解决因原发肿瘤生长而导致的肠梗阻上取得了突破性进展。由此，一种未来理想局部免疫基因工程模型已展露雏形。
