[摘要] 通过系统回顾近年来对社区老年居民心理压力和情绪问题的研究，从社区老年居民心理压力和情绪问题的现状来源、影响因素和压力应对及情绪管理等方面展开分析探究，从而对当前社区老年居民的心理工作有一定的启示和借鉴。

    [Abstract] This paper is based on the recent research of elderly residents′psychological stress and emotional problems. This paper mainly analyses the current situation and the influencing factor of mental stress and emotional problems of elderly residents， exploring the methods of stress coping and emotional management. Analysis results will have certain enlightenment and reference in current psychological work for elderly residents.
