[摘要] 天麻素片剂、注射剂等传统制剂的生物利用度和脑靶向性低，临床给药剂量大且给药频繁，患者耐受性差。天麻素速释、缓控释及鼻腔给药等新制剂的研究开发，为解决临床给药过程中存在的缺陷，提高药物的生物利用度及脑靶向性提供了新的理论支持和技术支撑。
