[摘要] 随着新材料及人体工程力学的发展，人工肩关节置换逐渐成为肩关节手术治疗的核心，而无柄肩关节置换是人工肩关节置换术的前沿进展，它比标准的解剖型全肩关节置换及肩关节表面置换手术操作更加简单，术后效果更好，更是在肩关节外科发展中发挥了重要作用。本文对无柄肩关节置换的历史演变、假体种类、适应证及禁忌证、相关研究结果及优势与不足作一综述，旨在为指导临床手术方案提供依据。
