[摘要] 在医患关系日趋紧张的背景下，通过分析医学生人文素质教育面临的困惑与矛盾，探讨当前医学生应着重培养的职业素养、品德修养、沟通技巧、法律常识、创新精神等5个方面的人文素质，提出了从理想目标、人文课程、教学方法、师资队伍、实践活动、评价机制等途径加强和改进医学生人文素质培养。
