[摘要] 医院建设转化医学中心是推动转化医学研究的重要途径，但目前尚未形成成熟的建设与发展模式。本文运用SWOT分析法对医院转化医学中心的内在条件与外部环境进行分析，在功能定位、体制机制、人才培养、合作共享、环境营造方面提出改进意见，为医院建设转化医学中心提供发展建议与参考。
