[摘要] Smad4作为抑癌基因，其编码的Smad4蛋白是转化生长因子β(TGF-β)家族各类信号传导过程中共同需要的介质，调控着细胞的增殖分化与凋亡。据文献报道，Smad4在结直肠癌中扮演重要的角色，其低表达与肿瘤的发展呈负相关。国内外对Smad4在结直肠癌中的表达及其功能的研究有很大进展，本文就目前最新进展进行综述。

    Research progress of Smad4 in colorectal cancer

    [Abstract] Smad4 protein，encoded by tumor-suppressing gene Smad4， is a signal transduction medium of TGF-βsignaling pathway， regulating the proliferation，differentiation and apoptosis of cells. It is reported that Smad4 plays an important role in colorectal cancer and low expression of Smad4 is negatively related to the colorectal cancer development. This paper mainly review the research progress on the expression and function of Smad4 in colorectal cancer at home and abroad.
