[摘要] 临床教学是医学生培养过程中的重要阶段，临床教学质量直接影响到医学生的培养质量。加强临床教学管理，积极开展临床教学研究，对提高临床教学质量，培养医学人才具有重要意义。本文针对中医院临床教学实际，通过健全临床教学管理体系、加强师资队伍建设、保障教学经费、规范临床教学过程管理、注重临床教学考评五大关键要素的实施，不断完善临床理论和技能的教学方法和模式，最终促进临床教学质量和医学生培养质量的整体提高。
