[摘要] 糖尿病与高血压同为多基因遗传性疾病，其基因的相关性越来越成为学界研究的热点。目前关于肾素-血管紧张素系统基因多态性与糖尿病合并高血压的关系在国内外都有报道，本文就其相关性研究进行综述。

    [Abstract] Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are polygenetic hereditary diseases， and the correlation of their genes has become a focus in academic research. This summary presents a review of literatures reported at home and abroad between the renin-angiotens in system gene polymorphism and diabetes mellitus with hypertension.
