[摘要] 本文以“能力”和“评价或评估”为关键词，检索医药卫生领域的文献，按照指标体系的构建步骤对能力评价工具进行研究，包括指标的筛选确定、指标权重的确定以及数据分析及统计三个方面。目前以德尔菲法和层次分析法组合最为广泛使用。应根据待评价对象选择最合适、最高效的评价工具。
