[摘要] 近年来,随着脊柱退行性疾病的发病率逐年增加,腰椎融合术不断创新,相关三维有限元分析方法日益趋向成熟。本文对近10年来有限元在腰椎融合术的应用进展进行总结,详细阐述了经椎间孔腰椎融合术发展史、脊柱结构的有限元模型构建概要及经椎间孔腰椎融合术、内固定器械的有限元分析应用。[关键词] 腰椎融合术;有限元分析;生物力学;脊柱
