[摘要] 中医药健康产业是健康产业的一个重要组成部分，中医药健康产业的发展需要人才的支撑。本文在分析云南中医药健康产业发展现状和趋势的基础上，探讨了云南中医药健康产业的人才需求，分析了云南中医药健康产业相关人才培养现状，认为相关院校应从提高人才培养层次、优化专业结构、改革人才培养模式、探索校企共育培养模式、丰富继续教育等几方面来满足产业发展的需求。
