[摘要] 推进供给侧改革，是当前国家改革的着力点，了解供给侧改革政策，以此指导我国儿童用药的管理，对于提高儿童用药的安全性与可及性意义重大。本文研究了我国儿童用药的现状和存在的问题，并对儿童用药可及性与安全性差的原因进行分析。从供给侧改革角度来研究儿童用药安全性与可及性的优化路径，具体包括投入研发路径、政策保障路径、预警机制路径、模式创新路径，确保儿童用药安全可及，为保障儿童用药的有效供给提供参考。
