[摘要] 痉挛性斜颈是最常见的局灶性肌张力障碍，临床症状主要表现为头颈部运动障碍及疼痛，因此严重影响患者生活质量及社交信心，患者往往对治疗该病具有极大的期望，本文就近年来对痉挛性斜颈的研究进展进行了综述，旨在对临床医生提供诊疗及研究方面切实可行的建议。
