[摘要] 本文介绍了杨华教授治疗脾胃病的学术思想和经验，提出“脾胃为气机升降之枢，治病当顺应升降之性”“脾胃分治，调气理血并用”“上下交病治其中”和“辨证与辨病相结合”等学术思想，总结了“抓主证，明辨病机”“辨体质，因人制宜”和“明治则，选方药，师法经方”等临床经验。
