[摘要] 随着新医学模式在我国的推广应用，临终关怀是未来医疗体系中积极发展的事业。中医仁学思想观点对解决临终关怀供求矛盾紧张、医护人员关怀技能缺乏、社会支持力量薄弱等问题具有现实意义。本文旨在中医仁学思想视角下，研究临终关怀发展的现状及困境，提出医护人员需遵循“以人为本”的仁学思想理念，关注临终患者及家属的心境流露，并且不断提高医德修养，以仁爱为怀，弘扬社会正气，助推临终关怀事业的发展。

    [Abstract] With the popularization and application of new medical model in our country， hospice care is the active development in the future medical system. The viewpoints of traditional Chinese medicine thought of benevolence have practical significance to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of hospice care、the lack of care skills for medical staff and the weak social support.
