[摘要] 本文从高职护理美德教育现状出发，尝试以美德教育为契机，建立基于岗位胜任力的高职护理美德教育体系并实践之，提升护生的美德素养。在院校合作、共同育人机制下，将护理美德显性课程与隐性课程相结合，构建课堂、社团、职场三位一体的美德教育场，将美德渗透到护理人的整个教育周期，实现护理美德教育的全程化、全方位、全员化。
