院校联合在“双师型”护理教师培养中的研究现况(1)

     [摘要] “实用”与“临床能力”是高职护理教育的特色,“双师型”师资对技术应用性人才的培养起到重要的促进作用。高职护理教育的办学定位和人才培养目标决定了其对“双师型”师资队伍要求的必然性,院校联合是高职院校为满足当前发展需要,开展学校与医院联合培养专业人才的办学举措;同时也是提升教师实践能力、培养“双师型”教师的有效途径。加强院校联合对于深化我国高职护理教学改革和提高护理教学质量具有重要意义。

    [Abstract] “Practical” and “clinical ability” are the characteristics of higher vocational nursing education. The “dual-qualified” teacher plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of “dual-qualified” teacher for technology applied talents. The school-running orientation and talent training goal of higher vocational nursing education determine the necessity of the requirements for the “dual-qualified” teacher. The hospital-school joint program is a school-running measure for higher vocational colleges to jointly train professional talent by schools and hospitals in order to meet the needs of current development. It is also an effective way to improve teachers′ practical ability and cultivate “dual-qualified” teacher. Strengthening the association of hospitals and universities has great significance for deepening the teaching reform of higher vocational nursing and improving the quality of nursing teaching in China. ......
