[摘要] 本文分析近年来大鼠实验研究中针灸干预原发性痛经的作用机制，认为针灸干预原发性痛经的机制与以下几点相关：针灸可通过调节内分泌功能、机体免疫功能，改善神经和神经递质代谢及子宫微环境障碍等环节干预原发性痛经。
