[摘要] Wnt信号通路是一種高度保守的信号通路，它在多种人体发育进程及维持成人组织稳态中起着根本性的作用。经典的Wnt信号通路与细胞的发育分化密切相关。Wnt信号通路在维持雄性哺乳动物精子形态与功能正常中发挥了重要作用，该通路异常与男性不育和睾丸癌有关。本文综述了Wnt信号通路在男性生殖系统中的作用及其与男性不育的关系等方面的最新进展，以进一步了解Wnt信号通路的作用机制，为男性不育的治疗提供参考。

    [Abstract] Wnt signaling pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway， which plays a fundamental role in various human development processes and in maintaining adult tissue homeostasis. The classical Wnt signaling pathway is closely related to the development and differentiation of cells.
