[摘要] 肉芽肿性多血管炎是一种自身免疫性疾病，其临床表现多种多样，容易与侵袭性肺曲霉病相混淆。本文报道了1例44岁中年男性肉芽肿性多血管炎误诊为侵袭性肺曲霉病的病例，通過讨论对两者的鉴别诊断，提高了临床医生对肉芽肿性多血管炎的诊断及鉴别诊断的能力。
