[摘要] 孟凤仙教授认为，痛风病以湿、热、浊、瘀、毒为主要病因病机。临床辨证急性期以热毒为辨证要点，慢性期以痰瘀为主要病机，治疗上从清热解毒、利湿化浊、化瘀止痛、补益肾精入手，消除代谢性病理产物，降低血尿酸，防止肾损害。
