[摘要] 长久以来，心血管疾病威胁着人类的生命健康，而心肌梗死是致死率最高的疾病之一，心肌梗死后心肌损伤、凋亡很大程度上影响着患者的生活质量。心肌细胞再生是解决该问题的关键。本文围绕心肌细胞和骨髓间充质干细胞的生理特性，阐述了骨髓间充质干细胞向心肌细胞定向分化中相关的信号通路及分子机制，总结了中药在诱导分化中的调控机制和作用特点，以期为中药防治心血管疾病提供参考。
