五改四背景下寄生虫学检验三位一体教学模式改革的实践与探索(1)
[摘要] 本文針对在五改四背景下陕西中医药大学寄生虫学检验教学过程中存在的教学内容陈旧偏多、教学形式单一、考核评价机制欠完善问题,结合医学检验技术专业特点,通过调整教学内容、加强教学针对性,改善教学形式、丰富教学手段(灵活运用教学方法、开设专题讨论、搭建互动桥梁、融入思政教育),加强教学实践,培养学生综合能力和创新意识(建设数字化标本资源库、增加综合性和设计性实验、开展社会实践教学、鼓励参加科研训练),改革考核模式,考核评价多元化系列措施在教学内容与手段、实践教学、考核方式方面进行三位一体教学模式改革,极大地调动了学生学习的主动性与积极性,使学生在有限的时间内,掌握寄生虫检验的基本理论知识,提高操作技能,充分发挥学生的创新性,培养实践能力和分析解决问题能力,为寄生虫学教学改革进行有益的实践探索。

Practice and exploration of the trinity teaching model reform of parasitology inspection under the background of five-year to four-year reform

[Abstract] Within the context of the policy of adjusting the five-year to four-year reform for medical laboratory science, and in respect of a variate of problems that exist in the teaching of parasitological laboratory medicine in Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, such as the out of date teaching content, the dull teaching form, the defective evaluation mechanism, this article proposes the reform of the teaching mode from three dimensions, namely the teaching content and teaching method, the practice teaching and the evaluation method. Based on the characteristics of medical laboratory technology, the article introduces a lot of specific measures to carry out the reform, including adjusting the teaching content, focusing on the key subjects, improving the teaching form, enriching the teaching method (this involves the flexible use of teaching methods, conducting the seminar, building the interactive bridge, and adding the ideological and political education), strengthening the teaching practice, cultivating students′ comprehensive ability and innovation consciousness (by building a digital specimen resource pool, adding more comprehensive and design experiments, conducting social practice teaching, encouraging more involvement in scientific research and training), reforming the evaluation method, and diversifying the assessment indicators. The objectives of this article are to mobilize students and enhance their enthusiasm in learning, to help them master the basic theoretical knowledge of parasitological laboratory medicine in a limited period, to improve their operational skills, to give full play to their innovation, to cultivate their practical and problem-solving ability, and to provide reference on reforming the teaching of parasitological laboratory medicine., http://www.100md.com(赵莉平 吴茜 王丽)
