[摘要] 住院医师规范化培训已成为我国专业型医学硕士研究生的主导培养模式。为配合国家针对这一新模式建立的政策和相关制度，黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院(以下简称“我院”)制订了相应管理制度和培养模式，在满足国家需要的同时，也突出了我院专业型硕士研究生的培养特色。本文主要从制度建设、培养方式、临床教学等方面探讨我院针对专业型硕士研究生的住院医师规范化培训的培养特色，并基于住院医师规范化培训对专业型硕士培养进行思考，为专业型硕士研究生的培养提供新思路。
