基于SECI模型的名老中医传承要求下的中医妇科临床实践探讨(1)

     [摘要] 针对目前中医妇科学临床实践的现状及问题,阐释知识的分类和SECI模型的概念。基于知识转换SECI理论,结合本学科特点、硕士研究生特点以及教学培养需求,构建了中医妇科临床实践培养的教学模型,使硕士研究生的临床实践模式实现“观摩式-半参与式-全参与式”的转化。重视临床实践教学中隐性知识与显性知识的转化和名老中医学术思想的传承,并对社会化、外显化、结合化、内在化四个过程提出了能力要求。

    Discussion on clinical practice of traditional Chinese gynecology under the requirement of inheriting famous and old traditional Chinese medicine based on SECI model

    [Abstract] In view of the current situation and problems of clinical practice of traditional Chinese gynecology, this paper expounds the classification of knowledge and the concept of SECI model. Based on SECI theory of knowledge transformation, combined with the characteristics of the subject, the characteristics of postgraduates and the needs of teaching and training, a teaching model of clinical practice training in traditional Chinese gynecology is constructed, which enables the clinical practice mode of postgraduates to realize the transformation of "observation, semi participation and full participation". It pays attention to the transformation of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, as well as the inheritance of prestigious traditional Chinese medical doctors′ academic thoughts and clinical experience, and puts forward the requirements for the processes of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization.

    婦科是理论与实践紧密结合的临床学科,临床实践是医学生实现“学生→医生”这一角色转变的重要阶段。国务院《中医药创新发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》指出:“系统继承中医药的宝贵知识和经验是中医药发展创新的源泉和基础。”名老中医经验是中医药知识的精华,是中医传承的核心[1-2]。如何更好、更完整地继承名老中医经验,培养出具备浓厚的中医文化底蕴为主、中西医结合特色为辅的更高知识水平与实践技能的中医妇科学研究生,是值得深思和探讨的问题。

    1 目前中医妇科临床实践教学的现状及问题

    1.1 教学对象因素

    从本科升入硕士,此类学生均具备足够的知识储备及应试能力,但临床实践能力良莠不齐,存在很多高分低能的学生。学会如何从医学生转变为临床医生,具备独立的诊疗能力是临床实践教学的关键。, 百拇医药(姚美玉 闻鑫 韩凤娟)
