[摘要] 股骨头坏死是骨科中一种常见疾病。在实验动物造模方面，各类动物都有优缺点。本文通过对国内外最新股骨头坏死不同造模方法进行总结与分析，将股骨头坏死动物模型分为四足动物模型和两足动物模型。分别收录了大鼠、兔、犬、羊、猪等四足动物模型，以及鸡、鸵鸟、鸸鹋等两足动物模型，以期讨论建立动物模型时需要去考虑的关键问题以及改进的方向。希望通过本综述发现更科学的造模方法和更先进的测评手段，为选择及建立动物模型提供一些参考。
