[摘要] 本文阐述了护士具有临床思维模式的重要意义，分析了临床思维模式内涵的要素包括人本位护理、有效沟通、风险意识、急救意识、专科思维、创新意识等。发现了评判性思维、系统思维、逆向思维、逻辑思维与循证思维贯穿于整个护士临床思维模式中。初步构建了模式的整体框架并浅析如何培养。旨在为护理管理者进行临床护士的培养提供理论支持。
