层级链式护理法在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的应用(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究層级链式护理法在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中的应用。 方法 回顾性分析2016年1月～2018年1月浙江省湖州市妇幼保健院儿科接受雾化治疗哮喘患儿80例的护理资料，根据护理方式不同，将接受常规护理患儿纳入对照组(n = 35)，在对照组基础上接受层级链式护理患儿纳入观察组(n = 45)。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善情况、治疗依从性以及对护理满意度。 结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组治疗时间延长治疗依从性不变，而对照组治疗时间延后治疗依从性差，且两组患儿第2个月时间依从性比较，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);两组患儿第3～6个月时间依从性比较，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01);观察组患儿家属对住院环境、护理方法、健康宣教、心理干预、护理态度和责任心等方面满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中使用层级链式护理法可显著提高治疗效果、依从性以及护理满意度，并改善患儿临床症状，减轻患儿痛苦，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of hierarchical chain nursing method in pediatric asthma nebulizer therapy. Methods Nursing data of 80 patients given pediatric asthma nebulizer therapy in Department of Pediatrics， Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 was retrospectively analyzed. Depending on the type of care， the children given routine care were included in the control group (n = 35)， children with hierarchical chain care nursing were included in the observation group (n = 45) on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect， symptom improvement， treatment adherence and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group remained unchanged after the treatment was prolonged， while the treatment compliance of the control group was poor after the treatment was delayed. Moreover， the compliance of the two groups at the second month was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The compliance of the two groups at 3-6 months was compared， and the difference was highly statistically significant (P < 0.01). The family members satisfaction scores in terms of hospitalization environment， nursing methods， health education， psychological intervention， nursing attitude and responsibility of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of hierarchical chain nursing in the treatment of pediatric asthma nebulizer can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy， compliance and nursing satisfaction， improve the clinical symptoms of children， reduce the pain of children， it is worth promoting., 百拇医药(王彩燕)
