[摘要] 椎管内分娩镇痛是被公认的最为安全有效的方式。分娩镇痛服务作为舒适化医疗越来越多地被应用于临床。随着麻醉学科的发展，新型设备的研发，椎管内镇痛方式也更加丰富。本文综合了国内外近年来有关椎管内分娩镇痛的相关研究，从药物分类、镇痛方法、时机选择、对母婴的影响等方面进行综述。
