[摘要] 脊柱结核是结核病在骨关节系统的局部表现。单独使用抗痨药物经常会导致神经功能障碍和后凸畸形。手术是治疗脊柱结核的终极手段。病灶彻底清除与脊柱稳定性的重建是手术治疗脊柱结核的根本策略。目前，尚无统一标准的手术指南，对于手术入路的选择仍存在争议。本文将对胸腰椎脊柱结核的外科治疗情况进行综述，以期提高对脊柱结核疾病的认识。
