[摘要] 中医学术传承与临床诊疗能力培养是中医药高等教育要解决的关键问题。中医门诊师承教育模式可有效弥补院校教育模式下理论学习和临床实践脱节的弊端，但也需新的内涵支撑发展。针对目前附属医院中医门诊教学中存在的一些突出问题，本文从带教、跟诊、管理、督导和考评五个方面阐明具体的目标和要求，结合师承教育模式特点，将理论教学与临床教学紧密联系，提出构建师承教育模式下以“授知解惑、继学承创、协管督评”为特征，以师、生、校、院四方并行为中医门诊教学规范的设想，促进和深化中医药人才培养模式的改革，从而提高中医门诊教学质量，为完善中医门诊教学规范提供思路。
