[摘要] 微小RNA(microRNAs)是一类短的非编码RNA，大量研究表明其与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。microRNA-1290作为microRNAs家族的一员，近年来越来越多的研究发现其在多种消化系统肿瘤(包括食管癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌、肝脏肿瘤等)中表达异常，且可能与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、迁移、凋亡及不良预后等密切相关，本文就microRNA-1290在多种消化系统肿瘤中研究进展作一综述，以期为基于microRNA-1290的抗肿瘤治疗研究提供新的思路。
