[摘要] 国家自然科学基金立项的数量和资助金额是衡量医院科技影响力的重要指标之一。北京大学航天临床医学院将PDCA循环理论运用到国家自然科学基金申报管理工作中，通过分析影响基金申报的因素，制订管理计划，采取修订科研奖励政策、提升科研重视程度、加深申报过程精细化管理、加强人才梯队建设、发展医院特色学科、完善培训体系等措施，经过基金中标反馈，最终进行总结。此次实践说明，PDCA循环管理方法提升了基金申报和立项的质量和数量，实现了管理工作的持续改进。
