[摘要]楔状缺损是一种常见的非龋性牙体缺损性疾病，是牙体硬组织的慢性损伤，好发于中老年人，其病因复杂。近年来，随着研究方向的进一步拓展，唾液和pH值在楔状缺损形成中的作用逐步显现，本文就唾液和pH值对楔状缺损的影响进行回顾和总结。

    [Abstract]Wedge-shaped defect is a common disease and a chronic decay of tooth hard tissue. It mainly involve in the elderly population. Although in-depth studies have been carried out, due to the complicated etiology, its pathogenesis has not yet been fully understood. Over the past decade, with the expansion of research directions, the roles of saliva and pH value in wedge-shaped defect formation have been gradually cleared. This article reviewed the influence of saliva and pH value to the wedge-shaped defect.
