[摘要]二膦酸盐类药物作为一种骨吸收的有效抑制剂在临床上用来治疗骨代谢类疾病。在正畸治疗中因为其能够有效减少牙根吸收，减缓支抗牙移动等作用逐渐受到临床医生的关注和使用，具有广泛的运用前景，但正畸医生对其带来的短期和长期的不良反应并没有引起足够的重视。本文就二膦酸盐类药物在口腔正畸研究中的进展作一综述。

    [Abstract]Bisphosphonates are clinically used for the treatment of bone metabolic abnormalities because they are powerful inhibitors of bone resorption. It gets gradually the clinician’s attention for it can effctively decrease the root resorption, and slow down the movement of the anchorage teeth, so it have broad application prospects, but dentists do not attach enough attention to its short-term and long-term side effects. We reviewed recent studies about the influence of bisphosphonates in orthodontic therapy.
