[摘要]釉基质蛋白(EMP)是牙胚发育过程中由上皮根鞘分泌的一组蛋白质，具有促进牙骨质形成、牙周膜细胞增殖和骨诱导的能力。本文就EMP的生物学功能、应用疗效和临床应用安全性等研究进展作一综述。
