[摘要]牙龈卟啉单胞菌既是牙周病主要的可疑致病菌，亦是冠心病潜在的危险因素，因此牙周病是否为引起冠心病的危险因素之一引起了诸多研究者的兴趣。本文就牙龈卟啉单胞菌，牙龈卟啉单胞菌可能引起冠心病的致病过程和机制等研究进展作一综述。

[Abstract]Porphytomonas gingivalis is the main suspected bacteria of periodontal disease, and at the same time it is one of the risk factors on causing the coronary heart disease. So whether periodontal disease is one of the risk factors of coronary heart disease has provoked many researchers’interests. This essay makes a review about pathogenic process and mechanism that Porphytomonas gingivalis acts on coronary heart disease.
[Key words]Porphyromonas gingivali；pathogenic mechanism；coronary heart disease!!!!冠心病的主要病理学途径是其动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis，AS)。虽然高血压、高血清胆固醇以及吸烟、糖尿病和肥胖是AS传统的致病因素，但是调查研究[1]显示，有大量的患者的发病不存在这些因素，这激发了研究者对非传统因素所致的冠心病病因的研究。最近的流行病学研究主要着眼于AS与炎症间的关系，其中牙周病可能是引起冠心病的危险因素之一的观点引起了诸多研究者的兴趣，其研究也取得了一定的进展；而牙龈卟啉单胞菌是牙周病主要的可疑致病菌，本文就牙龈卟啉单胞菌与冠心病之间关系的研究进展作一综述。
1牙龈卟啉单胞菌
牙龈卟啉单胞菌是一种主要的慢性牙周炎病原体，为革兰阴性、无芽胞厌氧杆菌，主要定植于牙周袋上皮和龈下菌斑表面。牙龈卟啉单胞菌可通过菌毛、荚膜、外膜和膜泡等黏附于颊黏膜、牙周袋上皮以及菌斑中其他的细菌表面 ......
